Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I purchased my daughter her first fur baby and we’re both in love with him and spoil him tremendously! Shay was a wonderful pet counselor and we got an awesome price! Overall very pleased with my experience at Petland Katy! 😃

All of the staff at Petland Katy were very nice and they were knowledgeable about the puppy I chose. I would definitely go back to them again. We love our furr baby and we are so grateful they had the perfect addition to our family for us to adopt.

Our family went in last night to have a look at the selection of puppies. We fell in love with a miniature Australian Shepard. After having some playtime we discussed the pros and cons of bringing a puppy home. We spent about 3 hours in the store. Chris the GM went out of his way to answer every question we had. The store itself is super clean and hygienic. No foul odors at all. The kennels are clean.
All Their staff are all very informative and helpful. We look forward to raising our new puppy.Jenna Stewart
