The staff is very courteous here. You can pick up the small animals and birds and they don't hover over you the way other pet stores do. The space for the animals are clean and taken care of. I didn't even know you could adopt there too! Keep up the good job guys!

I got the perfect puppy here! The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I had difficulty finding the right puppy, and I am so thankful she was there! She is a very healthy and active puppy! I couldn't ask for more, she's perfect!

The staff is very nice and professional!! The store was noticeably clean. We went to visit the puppies they have there and they did a great job keeping everything sanitized.

I’ve been a dog lover all my life and would like to think I know a lot about them. The employees at Petland Katy have added to my knowledge and I learn something new almost every time I visit. I look forward some times just to stop by for a friendly chat. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and will spend as much time with you as needed. I always have a positive experience when I drop by.
